every graduated token falls into one bucket from the words in its name and symbol. the rules are fixed and listed at the bottom of this page. a bucket's lift is how often its tokens reached 5,000 SOL of pool depth, against how often the whole set did. the program multiplies every buy by the lift of the bucket the new token fell into, so the lifts are not a chart on this page. they are the coin's spending policy, and they come from nowhere but the census.
